Shipping and Delivery Policy

Processing Time 

Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped and 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. During the High Season orders can experience delays to be processed.

 

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIME - STANDARD SHIPPING

Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. Stranz Lash Wear  is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control. 

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS is required for all deliveries, PO Boxes, and military addresses. We are not responsible to replace any lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.

In case of delays or any situation with your delivery please contact the carrier and file a claim. Stranz Lash Wear is not responsible for any lost, stolen or delay packages.
