What are the most dramatic lashes?
Our 5D 25 MM Mink Lashes . We recommend these lashes for the most glamorous and bold look.

Which lash are the most natural lashes?
Our Classic and Moderate volume are your go-to lashes for an enhanced natural effect.

Does Stranz Lash Wear lashes come with glue?
No, our lashes do not come with lash adhesive. You can use any temporary lash adhesive to apply our lashes.

How do I apply lashes?
     1. Carefully remove the lashes from the tray by dislodging the inner corner of the band, then pulling the rest of the lash off by the band. Never pull on the lashes themselves.
     2. Hold the lash up to your eye to measure for sizing. If the lash is longer than your natural eye shape, trim the lash accordingly, always cutting it from the inner corner of the lash.
     3. Make sure when applying glue to the lash band wait 30 seconds until the adhesive is tacky. Then apply the lash by placing the band on top of your natural lash line.
     4. Repeat steps for the other eye and you are glam and ready to go!

How do I cancel an order?
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed.
 
When are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order and  2-3 business days for your order to be shipped.  

Do you offer exchanges or returns?
Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

My tracking number is not showing any information.
Tracking is emailed to you the moment your order ships. However, USPS does not update tracking until 24-48 hours after the initial scan of your shipment.

Which currency are my orders processed in?
Stranz Lash Wear orders are processed in US Dollars only.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes , we ship world-wide.

How much is shipping to my country?
The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your purchase and your final destination address. Once your shipping address during checkout your shipping cost will appear in your cart before you finalize your purchase.
